It seems the front desk rents the hotel out to young locals who engage in shady activities
The rooms smelled like mold the floor was wet. It was the worst Motel I have every stayed in.
This hotel smelled like dirty carpet then they charged my card $100.00 for 2 missing pool towels....like wtf are u serious
Property was clean and staff members were friendly and helpful.
More towels needed in the room.
I liked the location and the staff was great!!!
My room's carpet was filthy, the curtain rod was broke which had curtain hanging, the heater vents broken, the beds were not comfortable at all:-( The way that room not worth the $100 that was paid
The bed need new mats.
The customer service
The staff offered to move me to another room.
The first room we were put in & stayed our first night in, was the worst I have ever stayed in. I called around with the short amount of time I had to find something else but was unable to find another room. It appears the hotel has long term construction workers that stay there often & this was one of the rooms normally used. The room was nasty, linens were worn, no coffee maker or iron, & the mattresses even had tears & stains. We had to park on the opposite side of the hotel than our room was on due to all of the construction trucks allowed to park at the hotel & take up several spots. There were people hanging out on the balcony drinking alcohol & eating like the hotel was their home.
breakfast, not clean, smelled musty, stained toilet, shower leaked, towel bar broken...
Front staff nice.
Cockroach in bathroom, dirty, dingy. Breakfast almost non existant. Not a good value.
staff was very nice
even basic amenities did not work, tv remote, wireless internet did not work, was able to get online with ethernet cable, light over sink in bathroom
Staff was very helpful and nice
The building is outdated for the cost
i liked pretty much everything. loved they had free wifi. stayed at a motel 6 where i had to pay and it wouldn't work nor got my money back. so that was a big plus and i liked they had free breakfast every morning.
i didn't like that on Booked.net i put down that i wanted to pay in cash got to the hotel and checked in and the lady checking me in took my card and ran it. i didn't have the funds on there nor did she say a word about it til i asked if i was to pay now and she said she already ran my card. She then told me they didn't have cash rooms. And come to find out my bank was 45 miles away from where we were staying. And now i have to deal with my bank. There was a couple other things i didn't like about the room i was staying in but it was miner. Nothing i would be super angry about.
